Building a WOW product

Before you go on about 10x engineers, ask yourself if you are a 10x product manager and if you’re focusing on the 10% of things that will actually drive outcomes.

A key aspect of Product Design is understanding the business value of every decision.
It will solve users’ problems. In the way most beneficial to you. Without a strong product vision, you’ll end up outsourcing product strategy to the rest of the company.

Being able to understand what is and what is not Product Management will play a critical role in using your time and skills effectively to build successful digital products.

With 6 editions of Headstart’s "How to Start a Startup" National series behind us covering, we turn our attention to another vital issue, that the team and the founders at multiple stages of their startup journey face, The Art and Science of Building a Wow Product.

To combat this and help our fellow entrepreneurs, the theme for the edition is, Building a Wow Product. This edition will see founders, product managers, and investors come in and talk about their experience of the product cycle, sifting through the noise of insights and feedback on features, prioritizing modules amongst many other things appearing in the life of a product.
