I have had the opportunity to work in both established and start-up envirnoments in the last 18 + years of my professional journey contributing to my expertise in the Marketing, Media, Brand Communications, Strategic Planning and Operations role. Having worn multiple hats during my tenure , and exposure to working in cross-functional environments with large teams has immensely helped in making me a strong people manager.

The experience of having worked across different industries and categories - consumer , social, small business, ecommerce - has given me exposure to understanding and marketing to different consumer personas through multiple channels - traditional , new-age, low-cost , niche and mass.
