Thoughts are powerful to change a person and the world. The generation is changing and so does the world. With the growing economy and changing notes to technologies, women are becoming one of the massive contributors to the society and not only the takers anymore. Yet, they are still underrepresented and their potentials are astonishingly untapped.
Ever since Independence a number of innovative schemes have been launched for the upliftment of women in the country. Women are working in this multifaceted world. The organization scenario changes like a kaleidoscope with every responsibility, accountability and multiple pulls and pushes, which women have faced and come out with success. The rates of self-employment among women are increasing in several countries. Women are a relatively new group of entrepreneurs compared with men. This in turn has some implications for the problems they face and their ability to deal with them. An empowered women empowers the generation. For that Women need to shift from thinking “I am not ready to do that” to thinking “I want to live my dreams and I can and I will.”

WOMEN Entrepreneurs who have:
- Early and growth stage ventures, preferably in their 1 - 3 years phase, are eligible to apply.
- A long running small business and looking to scale can also apply.
- Pure Idea Stage venture, should have done significant market research and should have clearly defined business model.

There is nothing you have to pay to get mentored, but you have to make a promise - to pay it forward by mentoring younger startups when you are ready and have an opportunity.
