EdTech is a use of technology in form of products/apps/tools to enhance learning, pedagogy and instruction. It is not replacing any current practices, but it is the use of those tools to aid in the delivery of education. 

EdTech is also creating a stronger link between what happens in the classroom and outside the classroom (at home, in transit, etc.), making teacher-endorsed digital educational resources available at all times, such as assignments and test prep material, and creating a continuum of touch points in the learning experience for pupils.  

This is changing the way pupils are consuming education in the same way Cloud technology has changed the way we consume music and television.

Mr. Kannan Bharadwaj, Co-founder & CEO, Concept Learning Technologies

Mr Bharadwaj is the co-founder & CEO of Concept Learning Technologies Pvt Ltd, an organisation that aims to build a fun, accessible medium for kids to foster an interest in Math. He has previously been a part of major corporations such as Ford Motors and General Motors, having been a Senior Analyst and the General Manager of Finance in each organisation respectively. 

Mr. Harish Iyer, Co-founder & CEO, Flinnt.com 

Mr. Iyer is currently the CEO of Flinnt, an instant communication and sharing platform for educational institutions. He describes himself as "an entrepreneur, consultant, researcher and trainer with the belief that education is exciting and offers immense opportunities to individuals and institutions". He was previously the Director of Concepts EduServ Pvt Ltd
