Headstart Startup Job Fair

Headstart Startup Job Fair is a new initiative by Headstart to enable startups to tap talent from top campuses in India. By filling the form below, a startup gets instant access to premier engineering and management talent of the country, something it might not otherwise do.

Startups: If you are a startup here is the process:

1. You fill the Job Announcement Form (JAF) for each opening you have. The information gets recorded in our database.
2. Our partnering campus placement teams go through these JAFs. Based on the one they would like to contact, we will provide connection between you and them. Have a look below at the list of campuses participating in this program. More campuses are expected to sign up shortly.
3. You get instant access to their placement process and from thereon you are just like one of their campus placement participants..

Campus Placement Teams: Only top campuses of the country get access to startups through this program. At present the following campus have signed up for this program:

Management campuses: IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Calcutta, IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, XLRI Jamshedpur, IIFT Delhi/Kolkata, SJMSOM (IIT Bombay), SCMHRD Pune, SIBM Pune, SPJIMR Mumbai, VGSOM (IIT Kharagpur), DoMS IIT Kanpur, MDI Gurgaon

Engineering campuses: IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, BITS Pilani

Please note:

1. This program is not for individual candidates. If you want your institute to participate, kindly pass on this link to your placement team.
2. Our participating institutes will take at least 2 weeks before they get back to you.
3. The contact details of a startup will only be shared with bona fide campus placement teams, AFTER a first level of connection has been established between the company and the placement team. You have a right to reject being contacted.
