Fintech Startups are helping consumers find effortless ways to save money and are finding new ways for both businesses and individuals to get paid faster and more efficiently. Fintech startups are dispruting the marketplace by taking advantages of the new opportunities. This has led to established organisations changing the way they conduct business otherwise they will get left behind as businnesses are continuously evolving to meet the customer's need.
We are going to showcase various members of the Fintech ecosystem who are doing innovative and path breaking work.

Head, Barclays Rise Accelerator
Puneet heads the Barclays Rise Accelerator in Mumbai. An entrepreneur himself, Puneet has founded two startups and has over a decade of work experience. In his entrepreneurial journey he has been part of multiple accelerators and is now helping startups at the Rise accelerator. A computer science graduate who loves to code and build products. He is an active member in the startup eco-system and ever ready to help fellow entrepreneurs. When not found spinning his office chair, he sets off for a motorcycle ride.
Sony Joy is currently CEO of Chillr, a FinTech venture he started up in December 2013 with an ambitious target of revolutionising the mobile banking space in India by creating India's 1st Multi-Bank Mobile Banking App. Chillr was initially incubated within MobME Wireless, the mobile technology company Sony had founded with his 2 Co-founders Sanjay & Vivek back in 2006, and later spun off as a separate entity in December 2014 after having won India's leading private bank HDFC Bank, as its 1st partner.

Ajay is an MBA (Marketing & Finance) with over 12-years of work experience in Operations and Business Development, in a multi-sector, multi-cultural work environment. Ajay is exposed to several sectors, across India, Canada and East Africa, and is a business development specialist.
Immediately prior to his current role, Ajay enabled a Canadian education-tech startup set up its India office. Ajay has considerable international business experience, having worked with the Provincial Government of Ontario, Canada and managing a satellite office in Mumbai for 5 yrs, during which he has helped over 100 Ontarian companies develop their business in India.
MD, Startupbootcamp Fintech
Adrian is a former coder turned entrepreneur. He has founded multiple tech based companies, and more recently spends most of his time coaching founders and startups.
He received an MBA from Oxford University, where he continued his work as a Fellow of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Said Business School.

Suril is a lawyer and analyst at Nishith Desai Associates, one among a handful of law firms in India trying to develop a way to present the Bitcoin framework effectively so that its legitimacy comes from the fact that it is decentralized, rather than regulated
