Along with Zostel, Paavan also cofounded ZO Rooms which was acquired by OYO Rooms earlier this year. Paavan is an alumni of IIM, Calcutta and he will be talking about Getting the first customers On Board: The Story of Zostel.
CEO and co-founder, Curofy
Nipun is the Co-founder and Director of Curofy, where he leads the medical team, handles investor & media relations and oversees overall business strategy. He is a graduate from IIT Delhi, 2012 batch, with major in Electrical Engineering and minor in Business Management. He entered the healthcare industry in college, when he started a medical tourism company. After working for few months in the sector, he saw the bigger problem of inefficient digital health communication, which led to Curofy.
Nipun is passionate about making digital health communication easier and likes to interact with various healthcare stakeholders. He loves to write about entrepreneurship and future of digital health, and has written guest columns in ET Health, eHealth, VcCircle, Business World and CNN IBN.
Winner of IIT Delhi Alumni Award for innovation in 2014, Nipun is regularly invited at various summits to speak about future of digital health. Some of the past ones include CII Conclave on NextGen Healthcare 2015, Annual conference of Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venerologists & Leprologists 2014 and Udyami (Annual entrepreneurship conference of Punjab University) 2016.
