Best Coaching Classes for 50+ Competitive Exams | Exambazaar.comJaipur is one of Indias largest Incubation hub, filled with diversity and edtech startups on an exponential rise. It is a place where people with great aspirations started and went on to fulfil their dreams. Even though it has been a rollercoaster with ups and downs, a lot of successful startups have their origin in Jaipur. One of the integral startups that finds its inspiration from the city is Exambazaar.

Started in 2017 by computer science graduates, it is a huge initiative taken to give back to society in the form of education. It is an education discovery platform with +38,000 coaching centres, in 400+ cities, and an offering of materials for 50+ entrance exams. It offers free resources like Ebooks, daily current affairs, mock tests, previous years question paper, and counselling along with preparation sessions.

Exambazaar is a bootstrapped startup. As of now, they do not have any solid plans for funding – they plan to make a decision soon.

Challenges & Future Plans

There are a few challenges Exambazaar faced as an edtech and a budding startup. Firstly, it has been hard to keep work culture and the people in the organization as ambitious as its founders are. It has been a tough cycle to make the employees see the long term goal along with getting the vision in sync. Fulfilling deliverables to clients and proving credibility is a problem every startup faces initially. The startup has come a long way by working day and night and making sure to keep the feedback cycle smooth. Finally, cumulative teamwork has been another challenge but it has readily picked up pace now.

Marketing strategies for Exambazaar are mainly B2B. The startup has implemented the Porters Generic Strategy according to the Harvard law that includes broad differentiation and developing a niche. Apart from that, they use Go To Market Strategies like Traffic Generation, SEO, Chat Platforms, and Lucrative Dashboards.

Future plans for Exambazaar are crisp and clear. They aim to generate more partners and scale their marketing to increase traffic. Moreover, they plan to introduce online classes by slowly partnering with teachers and professors across the globe.

Up till now, remaining stable during the pandemic has been a major concern for the startup. Now, they are slowly and steadily growing, making sure that they maintain a balance in all aspects.

To put in simpler terms, Exambazaar is a one-stop-shop for all coaching institutions and aims to be the largest education delivery platform in India.

In a nutshell, the Pink City can be considered as a hub of globally growing startups who will establish a benchmark in society in the times to come.
