One of the most important milestones in a start-up journey is to have a right team in place.  Finding a co-founder is the second most important relation in the life of a founder.

IF you are searching for a co-founder, the first natural choice is your close circle – friends, family etc, however skills, attitude matter more than the relation or bonding when you are working for a bigger goal. Its better to have a person with contrasting viewpoints and logic than to have a Yesman.

Many a time, it is found that two people are competing for the same pie which they could have achieved easily, had they met earlier and worked together.

Addressing to this need we initiated the Co-founder Search Program which is a very simple program in which you fill a form and get access to a whole bunch of other people registered for it just like you. Overtime, we have had around 500+ people register for this program.

We found that there is a need to do an offline meetup, and hence we organized Co-founder Search Event in a Speed Dating Format in Mumbai in June this year, for the first time in India. Owing to the tremendous response we got and requests from other cities for such events, we are now organizing it in Gurgaon!

Speed dating offers you flexibility to know the other person in a very short span, if you like the idea, attitude and complementing skills, you take it forward,  bringing you one step closer towards finding that one person in a short span of time! 🙂
